if i print off a document, i will run into difficulty as 2/3 pages in, a page will not get sucked out of the paper tray correctly and i get error message. any suggestions or is this a job for the service guy?

Dismantle the feed rollers and lightly sandpaper the rubber bits.

But if the feed roller is doing this, chances are all the others are the same. EOL
