Hi all, hope someone can help.
I'm on illness benefit 5 years, i was sent for Christmas 2011 and cut off-i appealed and won my case due to appeals doctor finding me incapable of work. That was in Feb 2012,i'm still on illness benefit, so i applied for invalidity last month and they turned me down, saying assessor who examined my case, didn't find me incapable of work.
I'm confused, should i appeal or leave well enough alone, as i'm still getting payments.
    thanks everyone :)
