How to close a notice deposit account?

    I have a notice deposit account (no idea what the notice is).

    Can you advise on the closure process please?

    Hi Mud,

    If it is an account you opened through the branch, please contact them directly. You will need to provide written instruction for it to be completed and the funds will not be transferred until after the notice period. 

    If it is an account you opened through Banking 365, please contact Banking 365 by calling 0818 365 365 or alternatively you can use the Secure Messaging facility online. Please note that the funds will not be transferred until the last day of the notice period. If you use the Secure Messaging facility, the notice period will not begin until they have actioned your request which can take up to 3 working days.
