I need to replace the aerial on a 2001 Lancruiser 90. I don't remember it ever being powered since I have owned it, but I can't seem to find a part in the manual version. Did these not come with a manual aerial? It's possible the wiring was disconnected for mine.

Is this a non functioning electric retractable aerial or the bog standard steel aerial on the drivers front wing?

Many of the imported 90 series have the electric type, but very unusual in an Irish GX spec. If you want a genuine aerial, then best bet is a breakers, there's a few on donedeal for breaking at the minute. Not sure if Toyota IRL stock miscellaneous parts like aerials for the 90 any more. (10 years since the last one sold new)

Thanks for that, I suspected as much. Yes, it's an Irish car and it's a steel aerial. I might try Traynors, rather than ringing around. I'd probably prefer a new OEM part but they seem hard to find. Traynors might even have a new one.
