I wasnt sure where to put this at all,
sorry mods feel free to move it as required!

My brother was at a concert yesterday and upon leaving the venue, got a swift punch to the face. Whoever it was ran away leaving my brother holding his mouth all bloodied and missing a tooth.

My question is, does the promoter not have to have some sort of insurance to cover these types of incidents. It is one of his front teeth so it does need to be replaced not a cheap thing to get done i wouldn't have imagined.

    Cheers for the help.

Jesus you wouldn't expect it at a Bon Jovi concert. Scumbags everywhere nowadays.

I doubt he'll be covered by any insurance from the promoters (MCD), the only way he'll get any recompense is by pursuing it wit the Gardai, and even then, chance are you'll never find the guy who did it

this i what i originally thought but then i thought if nightclubs and bars have to have insurance to cover such instances surely a promoter would too?

as for finding the guy, not a hope unfortunately
