So as the title says, I'm starting college in LIT's Event Management course in September. I'm a mature student and have full intention of starting my own business when I graduate, although how that pans out remains to be seen. I just want to get a head start. It's been 15 yrs since I was in a classroom and was wondering if there are any resources I can tap to give myself the head start that I need... How to start the company, raising funding (practically as opposed to what they'll teach on the course). Stuff like that. So any input ye have would be greatly appreciated.
