Clutch grinding noise

So i have troubles with my Mazda 323f 01
its making grinding noise when clutch is pressed and released, especially sitting in traffic or at low speeds when moving slow and often switching between first and neutral gear, the sound is like metal scratching against something or grinding, now if driving at higher speeds above 60 or so theres no sound, but i think it might be due to fast release of the clutch. Now i suspected it could be clutch bearing, but theres no troubles engaging into gears nor the clutch is slipping, ive tried spraying some wd40 but theres limited space to go under the pedal,As i suspect theres some friction happening somewhere,as grinding sound usually starts when car is warmed up on long journeys or sitting in traffic and clutch is used often.Any ideas welcome.thx
