This is, in my opinion, the best value for money bike you can get for less than €1000, fulcrum racing 7 wheelset, new sora groupset and a nice frame shape.

How does it compare to the specialized allez sport?

Much better wheelset, same groupset, €300 cheaper. Better value for money, i'd say the frames are much of a muchness.

Beware .There is a WORLD of difference between quality of 2013 and 2014 Shimano Sora Brake levers/shifters.(The latter being far better -I wouldnt consider a bike with 'old style' Sora shifters...If going for 2012/2013 bikes Tiagra would be my starting point .Better used Tiagra than new (old!) Sora (a LOT of which is probably still around in stock in shops)

Thanks for the responses, I was too large for the cube , I'm 6" 1' , so I'd need a 58" frame in a cube. I've picked out these 2 , I feel I'll get more value for money buying used , as Im not on bike to work
