    Hi all.

I'm making these today for the first time:eek:. In the recipe i'm using it says let the cream and chocolate mix cool before adding the egg yolks!

I'm just wondering if any of you culinary experts would know how cool do they have to be?

Strange the way I have to treat myself on Fathers day :D

It needs to be cool enough to not start cooking the egg yolks. So, lukewarm or so.
