€700 PC Build Help Needed

I'm building a new PC, it's mainly for gaming. An example build would be great but even tips on what to put into it or what websites are best would be great.
1. My budget is €700 but willing to go up to €750 if it makes a noticeable difference.

2. The main purpose will be gaming.

3. I need a copy of Windows. Preferably 7

4. I can't use any old components I already have.

5. I already have a 19' 1920x1080 monitor I don't intend on upgrading soon.

6. I already have all the required peripherals.

7. I won't be overclocking this build.

8. My payment method is a Visa Card.

9. And I'll be purchasing it in the upcoming week.

Hopefully that's all the information you need. And thanks in advance, I've tried to do it myself but I seem to between two price points and don't know where to compromise.

This would be a good gaming PC and somewhere in between both figures, definitely the best balance of GPU and CPU on this sort of budget I think.

Swapping in the 7870 XT gets it just under the €700 mark, I think it is worth sticking with the little extra for the HD 7950 myself especially if you don't want to overclock.

That's a 32 bit version of windows btw. Grab the 64 bit version. I'd go with windows 8. You can use classic shell if you don't like the metro UI and want to restore previous versions of windows features and UI.

If you plan on adding an ssd in future I'd grab a board with at least 1 x sata 600 port as well.

Thanks for the tip. Just wondering would I need to get a motherboard with PCIe 3.0 or is it just fine with PCIe 2.0. In terms of not limiting the graphics card.

It not a standard feature on current AMD motherboards except for a few custom solutions on the highest end boards. When talking about mid range cards, and maybe even the high end ones, its not really something worth worrying about for another couple of generations at least.
