Lower sync speed.

    Hi I have an eircom 3 meg connection . It isn't syncing at 3072kbs downstream. it is syncing correctly at upload but not on download.

    DownStream Connection Speed
    2432 kbps

    UpStream Connection Speed
    384 kbps



    It's annoying as I have such little bandwidth in the first place not to be getting the full amount. will PM details when needed.

    The best advice I can offer you is to contact our technical support team on 1890 260 260 (telephone number and option 0) They will troubleshoot with you to identify the issue and hopefully resolve it.
