    Lidl have Franziskaner wheat beer 4 for a fiver , you cant go wrong really , as 500ml bottles are great for homebrew , just thought id id post for anyone collecting bottles etc...

    No normal crown ,its a well known german beer ,normally €2 a bottle ,not cheap lidl rubbish

    The screw cap ones(Perlenbacher) are no more cheap rubbish than any other generic lager.

    Perlenbacher is a nice enough brew for what it is. Easy to drink and not very offence.
