Anybody know where I'd pick some of this up in Ireland?

Also, does anybody know of any other "low gluten" beers on the market here. I'm not looking to get "gluten free" since they taste like pish, rather I'm trying to get a beer that's been brewed with barley and then had the gluten removed.

    Any suggestions?

I couldn't track it down anywhere, but Against the Grain from Wold Top breweries is pretty tasty!

There are plenty of gluten free craft beers available here now. Redmonds in Ranelagh has a gluten free shelf.
