Headboard for 2 single bases?

Hi there, I'm moving house and the bed in my new room is basically two single bases with a double mattress on top. I can't sleep without a headboard, so I'm worried about what size headboard to get for this bed. They're standard single beds so I'd say 3ft so it'd be a 6ft headboard I'd need. Would this be right? Anywhere…

just be careful when buying 6' headboard. The fixings on headboard to bed may be different centres.
Put your single beds together and measure distance between two outside fixing bolts. When shopping check on 6' headboard to see if they are the same ?
