My wife was a car crash in 2007 it was in court in 2012 in the highcourt for a personal injury claim the defendants insurance company admit full liability it was just for the judge to award the right amount but t last june 2012 he reserved his decision and in 12 months he hasnt been able to come back to her with a award when approached by her legal team today the judge said he will give judgement when he feels like it and dont come before him again until his ready i was wondering who and where can we complain this judge as surely he has to.be breaking rules in this delayed judgement where its a straight forward case. my wifes legal team dont want to push the judge as.he can make there life hard but at this stage shes had enough and doesnt even want money she.just wants the judge dissaplined please any info or advice
