All I can find is that they use Ronda movements - Swiss, with quite a good rep from what I can see.

You'll obviously pay for the extra deep dive capability - as long as you need it, that's fine. I would think getting the battry replaced would be fun - it'll take a bit of effort to seal it for that depth/pressure.
