Threatening to set his dog on people is surely enough to get the guards down

A good righteous uppercut and a kick in his balls would have sorted him straight out. No time for these clowns, I'd think nothing of harming someone like him.

Let he who is without sin cast the first stone.

Harassing people waiting for a bus.
Threatening to set a dog on people if they don't convert to his views - blackmail.

He doesn't have to hurt anyone, Gardaí should have done something.

You're barking up the wrong tree there Wooly, I've just had a ruff day is all, no chance I'D get a free bus ride anyway, they wouldn't let me on board with my God dog! :D

Was that the oriental chap who seems to be trying for a Johnny Cash/Elvis style of hymns? I saw the above mentioned on the way to O'Connors a few weeks ago, honestly, one of the funniest things I've ever seen and I've seen quite a few zealous, Jesus botherers preaching their own gay bashing, and generally bigoted style of religion on the streets of England over the years.

Dude it's Limerick .. you'd be quicker walking to Raheen I'm Telling you, 55 mins from town to Raheen Church yesterday.

Overall those crazy people that go round I just ignore them.

I moved from the crescent to the city center recently.

Man, the things you see. It is hauntingly beautiful watching two scrots shout across the street at eachother and have a domestic.

Yeah you should have stabbed him...when in Rome...

calling the guards would not help. they are utterly disinterested in small fry like that.

Should've nailed him to a cross like his saviour.

Nail them up! Nail some sense into them!

They can be as religious as they like, at home behind closed doors.

Was that him? Sorry to revive an old thread but between them and those Hanly sellers it's putting me off the city centre

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 3,570 ✭✭✭Mint Aero

I'd have put the fear of God into him.

It's amazing what sh*te those religious nut jobs get away with. We used to live in York and every day this guy would stand a few metres away from my work place shouting abuse at mixed race couples, gay couples, anyone dressed in an alternative way etc who hapenned to be walking along the street, one of the busiest in the city. On Saturdays he'd bring his wife and kids to join his little hate party. He'd his loudspeaker and sandwich board with bible quotes on it. Arsehole.

This guy has been seen several times in Limerick, so nobody is making anything up.

I think he found Jesus...then rolled him up and smoked him.
