cycling with glandular fever

    Just recently got glandular fever 3 weeks ago all symptoms are gone except for sore neck , all the stories I am hearing is that you can't exercise . I have a 100km sportive on Sunday up mountains and need a bit of advise , I am probably gonna do it anyway but a bit of advise would be good .... Thanks
