Littlewoods lost my stuff!

    Ordered from littlewoods for the first time this week. A couple of items were dispatched a couple of days ago, so I went online to check and see where they were, turns out they were delivered yesterday, the only issue is I was over 150 miles away for most of the day, and so were my friends who's address I specified my stuff be delivered to if I wasn't there. I don't really know many of the neighbours, only enough to say that I don't want to know them.

    Rang littlewoods and they have passed the case onto their track and trace team. They couldn't tell me the name of the signature, just a letter and I can't think of anyone with that letter at the beginning of their name. Has anyone been through this process before?
