I am interested in purchasing a phone from cyber port and was wondering if anyone had used this site before? Is it trustworthy? The prices seem really good so if anyone could give me some advice that would be great.

Any info I find is positive except that the staff seem to be a bit incompetent and rude, though mainly when it comes to their Apple section of the store. Seems to be a popular site though on the AV forums which is always a good indicator.

Oh right thanks that's good to hear. Have you ordered from them yourself?

I haven't heard of them before as far as I'm aware, so no I haven't used them. I just did a bit of a search about them for you.

Yeah I've heard of people on boards using them so I'm hoping someone can tell me how the delivery process went shipping it from Germany to Ireland

Like most German companies they use a courier service such as DHL Germany. This gets your parcel as far as Ireland where An Post takes over. Usually works fine. Last LARGE parcel (30kg+) I ordered was from Germany and was shipped the same way.

From their website (translated via Google):

Be sent from Germany with UPS or DHL Germany and is passed to the respective postal operator in the country at the border. There is no express delivery possible. We ask you to check the prices for the shipment of TV sets, monitors and parcels over 30 kg with us. Only then can we ensure that possible shipping damage can be avoided by shipping on pallets. If your desired country is not included in the table, please contact us for shipping costs to your country, under info@cyberport.de .

Ireland 11,99 € Payment in advance, cash on delivery *, credit card
