The title of the article is "Water Levels Fall In Great Lakes, Taking a Toll On Shipping". In the "National" section of Tuesday, 11/6/13. Sorry I don't know how to navigate (pardon the pun) around/with links. Tabnabs!!! I need help- as usual.
