Quality wise, cut late may,not seeded, new grass, wilted and baled.

If the second cut from same fields is made in similar weather after 8/9 weeks how will the feed value compare to the first cut. Will it be roughly the same?

second maybe better, with more leaf, of course all depends on management with both crops

If it is only freshly reseeded though it is not ideal cutting it again I would have thought?

For that reason alone we are taking second cut from different fields than first cut.

    Maybe I'm wrong!
