    Might be of interest to anyone local. Kids race as well as adults.


    (3)Three x 5km road running training races
    (1)One 10km road race (Fri-26-July)

    All events take place on Friday evenings,Kids 1500m (1 loop course) on each night of the training series events

    Sign on/Registration:
    ® On race evening @ ST.Senans Rugby club (6-6:45pm sharp

    Cost:
    ® 5K (€10 ea), 10K (€20)
    ® 3 X 5K races for €25 + €5 Discount for 10k on producing Race Number

    1) 5km night: 14-June (Friday)
    2) 5km night: 12-July (Friday)
    3) 5km night: 19-July (Friday)
    (This is a league format – lowest score wins your age cat example 20 -24, 25-29, 30-34 age groups- your finishing position is your score)
    4) 10km date 26-July (Friday)
