    Hello fans... We need your help!

    Did you attend the Dublin Rebels' Superbowl Party in Harry's on the Green back in February this year?

    Anyone ever heard of a company called EventElephant ?? Small time online tickets/reservation system we used to help streamline the payment and ticketing process. Well 5 months later and they have still not paid us the badly need funds from this event. As an amateur sports club in Ireland they have owed us thousands of Euros claiming its a 'merchant issue' and they can doing nothing about it. We are asking anyone who attended the event that may have queried a booking on a credit card to please help us. If you did query a booking back in January or February for something under the name of ‘Event Elephant’, it was most likely your tickets to our Superbowl Party. If you have not accepted or closed this query it is apparently delaying us from getting payment for this event.

    We are badly in need to those funds to help cover the costs associated with running a team like this in Ireland. Please can you help and spread the word about this???

    If you haven't heard about Event Elephant just Google them and see a whole world of complaints from organizations and charities that are in the same boat. Live Line on RTE recently had a piece on them and they were flooded with calls and emails.

    How is there no regulation on companies like this is insane. We have had to go to all sorts of lengths to get someone to talk to us about this and their response is still the same…

    Well they picked the wrong club to mess with, 5.5k thousands fans on Facebook and all we can say is DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER USING THIS COMPANY. There are hundreds of complaints on multiple forums all over the web.
