t shirt cuffs

Hi What can I do for the cuffs on my t story, they are worn out and are gone too wide and fall over my hands The t is just two days old from vista print withy work logo on it and I have two others that will need work to the sleeves Can anyone help me out ? :)

Cut out a v shaped piece at the seam and sew it up gain to make it tighter.
