    Yes, those transformers are all pretty standard items.

    You can get fancier ones that you can run more than one loco from, gives each loco a unique id no and you can get them to run at different speeds and get it to make engine/horn/brake sounds if there are speakers fitted and the like all on the one layout, that's what the 'DCC' in the speil about the loco refers to.
