Exporting goods to Norway - No VAT?

Hi, Selling a few kits to Norway, the customers paid the VAT, but I believe I have to refund them the VAT as my website does not automatically deduct VAT for non EU customers. I am correct in thinking VAT should not be charged to customers in Norway then? They paid for car electronic goods Cheers

Hi

You are correct provided the goods are dispatched directly by or on behalf of the supplier to a place outside the EU the goods can be zero rated for VAT.
