Thought I was getting a good deal on a trailer load of wood I got back in feb. Have it in the garage since but it's still useless. Just goes black if i throw it in the fire. It's now a bit drier than it was but still not ready. Would I be better off leaving it outside to let the wind get at it?

I'd say you would be better off moving it outside to let the air dry it out for you. just make sure it is under a roof of some sort as this bettystown rain comes in sideways:)

Did you get the wood on donedeal by any chance ?
