Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    I think anything under the Funkadelic name is likely to lean towards rock - they issued their funkier stuff as Parliament. Don't know that much of their music but the Cosmic Slop album is pretty good - http://play.spotify.com/album/1MIkYCnx3EUqzMamIooOcG

    I find that they are best listened to in bite sized chunks, whole albums are bit testing.
