    Be sure to apply for the correct licence!
    Limited Felling Licence: for specifically identified individual trees or groups of trees (planning permission requirements, public safety, disease control, etc), usually issued with tight time constraints.
    General Felling Licence: for normal forestry operations (thinning, clearfelling, creating access, etc), usually issued for a period of 5 years.
