Problem... heifers served

was under pressure to get a load of lambs away this morn. & obviously a gate wasn;t secured

when I returned found the bull with yearling heifers, one of which is his daughter

possibly 3 served

what's the best approach to ensure they don't show up in calf

grand, if it was me i would wait the 3 weeks and see if they come in heat again if not i would estrumate them, take note of their numbers and the date, maybe tailpaint them

Thanks didn't know what interval to give the shot.

will have to watch the rest of them and most likely scan if not spotted on

estrumate is effective up to day 150 of pregnancy with a single shot. so plenty time there ....
