A roundabout way to get Humax boxes a bit cheaper

    I submitted a humax grade A link to flubit. (They are not supposed to take grade A links, I didn't realise at the time)

    They came back with an offer of £206 +£6 postage - marked as CONDITION: New.
    So £212 delivered , around €260.
    (€3.50 extra for using parcel motel)

    When I noticed the offer was described as new, I emailed flubit to double check its condition and they replied that they only deal with new items.

    You can get the same 1tb box for £244 & postage is extra so a saving for me of around £35-£40


    So I went ahead and ordered it.
    It was delivered to my parcel motel in an amazon box, perfect & brand new.
    (If there is any problems you deal with flubit)


    The way I see it, the amazon supplier that flubit dealt with were happy to do the deal at that price, flubit got their cut and I'm happy with my offer.



    For whatever reason they don't notice that the link is a 'grade A' link and accepted it as a brand new item link.
    Anyways it might be useful to someone here.
