Best eyeliner for tightlining

Hi all, could anyone recommend a good eyeliner for tightlining?

I recently bought a Revlon eyeliner but it was in the bargain bin in a pharmacy and although I love the colour it made my eyes water a bit, the actual eyeliner appears to be discontinued for a few years so maybe it was gone off (despite being sealed) but I would love to get an eyeliner in a similar colour that doesn't make my eyes water, it was like a browny bronze colour so if you have any suggestions that would be great.

    Thank you :)

Teddy by MAC is a gorgeous bronze/brown colour and is ophthalmologist tested so shouldn't upset your eyes. :)
