BTEA Applying Forms?

I was in receipt of BTEA for my first and second years of college, but couldn't claim it this year gone as I had to repeat one module of second year (and was placed on the Part Time Back to Education Scheme). Do I need to fill out a full BTE1 form to get BTEA for third year, or is there an easier way to go back on this…
