Disqualified in the last 3 years

    This came up in the legal forum,so I thought I would pose the question here too.

    When the T&Cs ask if you were disqualified in the past 3 years,does this mean
    (a) Were you convicted and disqualified and your court date was in the last 3 years,
    OR,
    (b) Were you disqualified from driving(ie off the road) at any time in the last 3 years?
