    Hi All,
Just wondering what would you recommend to brighten up Solid Oak Floors in the house. They are not really scratched but more gone dull from general walking on them over the past few years.

Sweeping clean doesn't clean them up.

I don't want to put something on them without checking first. What would be a good product that would brighten them up or would they need buffing.

If need buffing can you buy a domestic type one for house use, if so where? Thanks

Personally I prefer floors with a bit of wear and tear to floors with a brand new shiny look. What was the original finish on the floor? If it was varnish you may need to resand and revarnish. If it wax or oil you could just apply a new coat of it.
