Considering buying one of these systems and just looking for peoples expieriences with them.
The price of these systems vary quiet a bit and then there is the 6 month/ annual filter change costs.
Also seeing as the units are plastic does this not "put a taste" on the water?
Lastly would a 3 way tap be worthwhile or just drill a hole for the separate water tap.

I dont have one. With the introduction of water usage fees, check how these systems work, i believe for every 1 unit of drinking water, 8 is dumped. Thats off the top of my head now, so research that side of it.

I fitted one in my own home, got it online from a place on galway. Fitted it myself. Quite simply. The water is delicious. Tea/coffee are so much nicer. I cook using this water aswell.

All the crap in the mains water now to kill bacteria.... chlorine etc. Not to mention fluoride.

    I would highly recommend one.
