Make Up Course with Pro Card

Hi Can anyone recommend a make up course - at the weekends or evenings in the Cork/Kerry/Limerick area that would follow through with Pro Cards? Im really interested in this have been for a long time now but want to do it properly and get a pro card and proper acreditiation. Thank you.
