    20 minutes drive without traffic , so about 45+ minutes to walk.

    Lol its only a 5min drive without traffic!
    I lived there last year, its a 15min cycle if your not in a rush and taking your time. 10mins if your running late.
    It'll take you 45mins at a minimum to walk at the start of the year but you'll discover shortcuts as the year progresses. Can easily do it in 35mins. Its a trek in the rain though if you have to walk!
    Also, never rely on the 17 to get you somewhere on time!
