    Age doesn't matter it's the term, eg if your 40 you'll only get a 25yr.

    Anyone who is earning sufficient wages to fund the mortgage when the stress tests are applied, in good employment (permanent job) and has an excellent credit history will get a mortgage they require.
    Age is irrelevant. You could be 23 and qualify for a mortgage but your uncle in his 40s gets refused the same amount.
