    Is a massey 250 4wd tractor good enough to use with a round bale wrapper,
    guy has purchased an outfit and wants a lend of mine to wrap silage,

    It's plenty if it's just an ordinary wrapper.

    Good hydraulics is what needed to wrap silage.

    Does he want to borrow your tractor or wrapper? Is he contracting with it? As said, so long as the hydraulics are good on the tractor, it should have no trouble.
