    So anyway the power has gone in the area. My chicken dinner is going to be ruined shortly. Can I sue anybody?.

    Yes, you can. Your case would not (be likely to) succeed, but you can try.

    Perhaps you could invest in a camping gas stove? It would be cheaper than a court case and all-round a better solution.

    actually franklyn discovered electricity, edison and tesla harnessed it by creating DC and AC

    You could see if the ECJ would uphold a claim to bring procedings against a wild rabbit, far more interesting and expensive.
