    Yea open to any one good tour done it the last two years. If you don't have Cycling Ireland membership you'll need a one day licence for insurance on top of the entry fee. It's worth joining Cycling Ireland though the cost of a the introductory one year licence is not much more and gives you insurance for the whole year.
