wiper not working mazda 323

my wipers stopped working yesterday i think it could be the motor gone, i don't think it's the fuse as the spray washer is still working, there is no sound from the motor when turned on but it does get hot when on for a while, also when i try to move the wipers manually they won't budge, what kind of money would i be…
