It's actually tricky enough to get 'pure' grape juice ... just check the ingredients list at the side... think the Tescos white grape juice is the one...

'wurzels orange wine' recipe seems to be the standard starter

Ascorbic acid is fine. It's vitamin c.

thanks do tescos sell wine yeast?

Tescos in finglas last time I was there, however I think from other posts it looks as if they're scaling down.. you could chance the next door off licences chain as they sometimes have a box of yeasts ...

email shane in the homebrewcompany if it's just an envelope order and he'l sort out a way of not charging the full fastway bulk price...you moght have to wait a day or two...

Buying yeast in most large towns = no
Buying yeast in most large cities = if you are lucky
Buying yeast over the net = yes

    Just do demijohn fermentations first...
Get youngs super wine yeast compound and yeast nutrient. (60 gm souls last a while).and some finings if you want to clear it quick enough

White grape juice not from concentrate no preservatives etc.(red grape is just a pain to clear)
