You could just drill out for a new 1/2 or 3/4 350 which ever you need

What would I need to connect a power washer to the tank if I went the drilling route. Thanks for your help

You will need either a 1/2" or a 3/4" hole saw, a drill and a 3/4" or a 1/2" 310 tank connector with plastic washers.
Depending on the connections on your power washer you will need some flexible piping and connectors to makeit up. Best going to a local plumbing suppliers with the connector for the washer and they will advise you.
Ideally you need to be making the connection as low as the taps are.
Why not remove one of the taps and use that hole for your connector (3/4" 350? by the looks of it) and leave the other tap as a drain off.
Look at the upper tank to the right in the background missing the left tap.
Only problem I see is how high is the tank and how long is your arm, to be able to work both sides of the connector.

I was thinking the same cut off one tap and bolt in something for the connection
The connection for the power washer is just a simple garden hose type connection

Great help I will look into this 350 fitting

I imagine that it may be possible to unscrew the tap from its connection leaving something behind for you to connect onto.
Any chance of a close up pic of where the tap connects onto the tank.
