FS Mavic Cosmic Carbone SL Wheelset (2012)

Want to see if there is any market for a pair of second hand Cosmic Carbones from 2012.

Bought only 5-6 months ago. Raced 10 or so times, around 2,500 km on them max (unfavourably honest estimation). Picked up for 750 from Jedi-Sports.de. Now retail for 700.

Hardy wheels. Haven't had to do a thing to them since I bought um. Great competitive wheelset, with deep sections. Not super light, but being honest, I cannot notice any difference to any other type of wheel I've been on. They feel quick, super, super responsive, and stiff when I sprint. I don't notice any difference to other types while climbing either.

The fact is I cannot afford to hang onto them. Heading back to college soon and a couple of other things. I also don't really like deep sections.

Comes with a fair new cassette (2,5k), and a set of new Continental tubes and tires (GT4000s, ignore the red rear Schwalbe in the photo, both are black Continentals now.

I'm asking for 550 plus delivery (not much with An Post, or you can collect). It seems from previous posts that's what I can expect to aim for. The price will be sticky. I'm really only testing the market anyway.

Right, the best I can probably do for you to inspect them is meet you halfway. I might be up in Dub racing, but I'm not sure. Concretely I can say meeting halfway (Port Laoise), or you collecting would be preferrable. There is the option to just have them posted, but you wouldn't be able to inspect them prior to the exchange. I wouldn't feel comfortable. That seems messy.

No problems meeting you half way and no panic on collecting them, next few weeks I wouldn't need them anyway plus you need to decide what your actually going to do with them :-) ! Just let me know and we can take it from there

Yep i can collect these on JUly 5th if thats ok, it would be early afternoon as i'm heading to Cork to work and no doubt we can hook up somewhere along the way ?
