What do you do if you're moving into a house that already has Eircom?

Will be moving out of my home back to my parents for a couple of months til I find a new place closer to college. I have Eircom broadband with the contract issued January 2013 and my parents have been Eircom customers for a number of years. Clearly there is no point in having 2 contracts under one roof so can you advise me on what my options are? Can I "suspend" my account for a couple of months til I find a new place or can I cancel it altogether without incurring a cancellation fee?

    Hi Rawn,

The cancellations team will need to go through the situation in detail before making a decision.

    Can you call them on 1901 - option 1 - option 4

Sorry I am unable outline the possibilities as they will need to investigate directly.

    Thanks, Mark
