Hi just wondering if there are showering facilities available after the cycle? Also is there plenty of parking space in Ballinhassig?

Please note that there is a problem with the registration page. This event is not closed. We will have this rectified asap.

We would also like to welcome the gang from Kerry who are coming down for the event.

Some advice needed... What's the preferred type of sandwiches for the half way stop of a cycle. Is there certain fillings that we should stay away from?

Let me know what you think

We are planning to do a selection of sandwiches and also have home made cakes, energy bars, radical oats will be there serving their new products , bananas and oranges.

On behalf of the Ethiopian deaf project I wish to express my thanks to all the cyclists who supported us by participating in the Ambo ramble.

Hopefully we will see you all again next year.

    Best regards
    Miriam
