Accommodation '13/'14

It's never to early to start looking for accommodation in September in my opinion!
I'm soon to be a second-year student and I'm looking for other students (3 or 4) to share with preferably in the Ranelagh, Rathmines area. I'm an arts student, I'm pretty easy-going and neat.
My budget for accommodation is 400euro a month.
If anyone is looking for a housemate don't hesitate to get in contact
